Have you played the game by now? 
I never thought I could spend so much time after story mode, but trying out all the super powers was waaay to much fun
At first I thought Muscle Power and Bullet Drop were useless. However, combined, you can take out groups of enemies, any number of tanks and buildings in seconds if you run up the next building in a few seconds.
My experience with Prototype was simply crazy awesome .
