A scholarly dragon of the stars, Arcturus is ever observant of the heavens. His scales are metallic dark blues and purples with a slight wash of opalescent blue on his scutes and horns festooned on his head. A long greyish white beard decorates his chin, while ornaments of the stars themselves adorn his neck and horn.

He is quite magnificent and his color is actually almost black-ish in lower light and blue purpley in bright light.
