A contest entry for :IconTriangleSeagull: This is a little messey becuase I wanted to get it in before the due date but I hope you don't mind ^.^"In this picture Snowfox is facing thier inner demons since he is a tribryd and bullied for it
"Will I ever be good enough? Will they ever like me? I wish the would see the dragon inside instead of just looking at the trybrid on the outside"
Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing with the backround and got a little carried away... oops..

This is really good! I don't have the time to do a full critique like you've requested, but a brief word of advice is to keep an eye on your shading; the dragon is shaded like the light source is soft above the face, though I do see you've added a hard light line for the lighting from the fire - I'd just make the firelight stronger than the other, hidden light source, because it's right there and really bright! Using less shading on areas closer to the light source, like the neck scales that disappear into the flames, can also make them look brighter.
That wordy note aside, this really is a great piece on its own, and shows a lot of promise on top of that!
