This is Daura the Demon Dragon Soul that live inside Kion's body. He really likes Kion because Kion use the the demon power in positive way. He also give motivation to Kion every time and he also remind Kion abut something the he Kion almost forget. He more like a Kion's guardian.

That's why when Kion use the demon form he almost look like Daura. The different between Daura and Dragon Kion is the eye.Look at Daura's eye, you can see the... idk... like dragon eye some sort of like that.
