I always liked the scene in Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland where Alice falls through the Rabbit Hole, her dress acting like a parachute to slow said fall. I thought it was a clever and unique way to have her float down, rather then just by magic. I then got the idea to have one of my OCs do the same thing. This is the result.Even though I did spend a lot of time on this picture, I have mixed feelings about it. Some of the color shows white space on the edges, but aside from that, I think it looks nice. I also like Alice's expression, though her head is much flatter than it should be.

You know, I've always found the parachute dress idea fascinating. It's a shame the idea wasn't utilized more often. There were several places in the film where Alice could have used it. It's such a rare concept. In fact, it's for that reason I wish the fall was a little longer to explore it more.

As for doing more, I told someone else I might make another involving Princess Zelda, but I'm not sure when I'll get to that. Heck, I might do another involving one my own characters in the future.

Thanks! While it's probably going to be a while before I do another Disney related picture, I'm going to be uploading a new Deviation very soon (Probably tomorrow, if not today).
