Thank you! I'm still learning, but there are lots of possibilities with HDR.

You are welcome! Are you using a Nikon D5100? Does it have a HDR function? It is a pitty that Canon is not offering such an oportunity...

I have been using a D5100, and it does have a 2-pic HDR function. I normally set it on 3 shot bracketing, and merge them in Photomatix. I just got the new Nikon D800 which I think has the option for a 9 shot bracket set (but also only 2 shot HDR in camera).

Ah okay. That is interessting! Up to now I did it manually step by step but I suppose I should figure out, if my 1000D has the possibility to set it on multiple shot bracketing...

There very well may be a setting for it. You may need to get a more detailed manual for your camera. I bought 2 for mine, lol.

I just tried it yesterday and it works. Thank you very much for the hint! It is so much easier compared to how I did it before!

You are welcome! That's what I like about the feedback in here! I am still amazed when a "pro" photographer
will take the time to give me some "pointers" or even constructive critism! Or...just comment my pics!
