What you see in the picture above is the base price with all the additions, and those will remain as they are now. Currently, there's a -30% sale going on regarding 20 slots (of which 6 of them have been already used)

But will the two models have 5 β¬ there will be 30% more? , because I usually ask 5 β¬ from my parents at the beginning of the month so if the price stays the same I could buy you a commission.

5β¬ is the base price withoutΒ the sale.
Meaning that, for a normal commission without the sale, if you want two pics with two models you will pay 5β¬.
The current sale will affect the price onlyΒ for the next 14 slots, and it will be calculated with the final price.
Here's an example.
Let's say you want to commission me right now, and you want the base option.
The final price will be 5β¬ - 30% = 3,50β¬

So far, as far as I can tell your work mostly features either Touhou or Vocaloid, so I have been wondering.
