Description
I decided to touch up Cutthroat's design a bit since I felt that her sort of 'knife-carrying murderer' look was way too subtle. The patrol weasels can easily be identified by their very unique looks and their names suit their appearances.
Since her name is Cutthroat and her signature weapon is a switchblade, I decided it would make sense for her to have small daggers stuffed into the band of her cloche hat- similar to how Wheezy stuffs his cigarettes into the band of his hat. She also has faded blood stains on her hands and a few on her trenchcoat as well. Still wanting to keep true to the vintage 20's look, the outlines of her eyes are now a bit thicker with added shading to resemble dark eyeshadow.
In case you couldn't tell from what she is holding in her hand, Cutthroat is a smoker. However, she smokes in moderation and isn't often seen doing so. In terms of her own bad habit she is more like Smartass and not at all like Wheezy who wouldn't be caught dead without a smoke stuffed between his teeth. The reason she even has this trait is, once again, because of the time period she is based off of. I myself am not a supporter of such bad habits, and I wouldn't recommend anybody even try it due to the negative effects it has on health.

I guess the overall look of her character is supposed to be a gangster flapper murderer stoat? Something like that I guess.
