and before anyone asks, Yes, this is an Ankama inspired picture
She is however not an established character or race from any of their products.

I have some little questions...what drawing program did u use for this and how do you get this black line at the outside and soft colored lines at the inside??

Sorry for the short reply...
But it's not a straight forward process and I get a lot of these questions so It's troublesome to answer them all with a detailed description, so I just assume that people know the basics of Photoshop (or is able to google) and give them a straight forward answer.
Otherwise I would have to spend hours just answering all these questions.
Sometimes people get mad at me for this without even looking at it from my perspective.
I don't have all the time in the world, quite the opposite.
So here follows a longer description, That assumes you have basic knowlage in photoshop and it's termonology.
I hope it's helpfull, because if it isn't I can't help, sorry.
The border/stroke tool is located in "Edit / Stroke"
Make sure you have what you want to outline, selected.
A fast way to select a layer is holding down "ctrl" and clicking on the layer thumbnail.
So to make an outline around a character you would have to have a layer beneath the colours that is a silhouette of the character. select that, and use the Stroke/Border tool, specify a colour and how thick you want the border to be.
Another way to do a border is that you simply double click the silhouette layer, choose Stroke way in the bottom to the left in the window that pops up.
And there you have some sliders and stuff to play around with.
A third way is to select the silhouette layer, go to "Select / Modify / Expand"
Expand the selection as much as needed and then simply select the color you want in the foreground color pallette, fill the selection (Alt + backspace) behind the color layers of the character.
So there you have it, Good luck with your arts

Just an idea.. if it's okay for you I'd like to color one of your pics. Later though, too busy at the moment. Sooo if you don't have a problem with old-fashioned pencils on your lines or maybe even have a specific piece that you'd want me to color just let me know. And if not, well, that'd be okay too XD
