Nice OC design; I really like design of her outfit, especially her blue scarf (blue is my favorite color). Also, is that a hat or some creature resting on her head. Overall, your character is very cute, well-drawn, and nicely colored. Great job

Yea it's a talking hat it's her best friend and her scarf is alive too but it cant talk (haven't came up with a name for them yet). Thanks for the comment I appreciate it!
