I just looked at all the ghosts of the original knights of the nine and I don't see any antlers!!! and im sure if the ayleids had antlers, it would be their most distinquishing feature.

I know that the orcs sometimes have horns, and the bosmer sometimes have horns.
maybe people were mis-interpreting Umaril but I was told they had deer-like antlers... but I cant remember when....

well time to go hide out of shame. At least there is a precedence for elves having horns with the orcs and the bosmer.

It seems like it was just a concept left behind with morrowind... it works much better with the orcs in my opinion.
so yeah because of hte orcs and the bosmey when I was told the ayleids had horns it wasnt hard for me to believe, I guess it could be wrong but I will continue to headcanon it that way.
