Well, you need a DSi and the MySims Camera App that can be downloaded for 200 Nintendo points (or $2) on the DSi Shop. I just took a picture of my toilet with the regular DSi Camera, and used the MySims Camera to edit Morcubus into the picture. I used the Crop tool to edit out his lower half so it would appear as though he was in the toilet. It's easier to use the Regular camera first, then use the MS one for editing afterwards.
