the sun looks like a cherry on top of a fluffy foam dessert!
from my own opinion you should left out the hand rail. it doesn't add any appeal to the magnificent sunset.

Wasn't sure about the handrail myself either, but I think it brings some detail.
However, I can see why it shouldn't be there aswell.

Yeah, the water got a pretty nice reflection.
Hard to catch a sunset as pretty as it is when you're watching it.
There were clouds above aswell, casting a shadow upwards the sky.
