The drawing says it all.Not very good at all, might be improved further on.
Drawn with with 2H, HB, 2B, 4B, and 6B.
Soft and Kneaded erasers, cotton for blending.
About 2-3 hours.

I love how it conveys a really strong emotion through the pose and the contrast. Proportions is probably the only thing to review. Really nice work nonetheless !

Part of what I sometimes try to do is create something meaningful yet easily understandable, which was one of my objectives with this one..
I didn't much want to create a more intricate piece.
