Requested by GunplaFan , I've decide to change the name of his passive and the description from Conduit Power to Electrokinesis which is sounds better I think? And is he possible to be in DC's Games? Sure he will! Since DC publish comics of him his comic and yeah he'll have a chance!Passive:- Electrokinesis
- Cole gain 50% and 20% for his team mates of POWER generation.
Special Attack 1:- Lightning Bolt
- Cole discharge a bolt of electricity from his hands. 30% chance of using NO ENERGY, and DRAINS OPPONENT'S POWER
Special Attack 2:- Megawatt Hammer
- Cole hit his opponent with high charged lightning like hammer weapon after landing series of punches. CHANCE TO STUN and DRAINS OPPONENT'S POWER
Super Move:- Lightning Conductor
- Cole summon the weather and unleash vicious lighting strike on to his opponent. UNBLOCKABLE
Support Card:-
HEALTH: Zeke – +10% Health for Cole Macgrath
ATTACK: AMP – +10% Damage for Cole Macgrath
ENERGY: New Marias – +10% Energy Regeneration for Cole Macgrath

Anyways,here are some ideas
Rank:Gold(Yes I know,the same thing as Cole)

Damage:800
Passive:Fast healing,strength of granite and offensive powers
Delsin and his teammates gain 30% of increased damage,takes 35% less damage from basic and special attacks,and health regenerations,if teamed up with Cole Macgrath,he and Cole gains 40% of increased damage,takes 42% less damage and faster health regeneration,this effect will stop if Delsin or Cole gets knocked out
Support Cards
Reggie Rowe-+10% health to all Delsin Rowe characters
Cole's Legacy(or anything you want)-+10% damage to all Delsin Rowe characters
The Longhouse(or anything you want)-+10% energy regeneration to all Delsin Rowe characters
His passive's gonna be my favourite,if its changed,well,I think I'm gonna say goodbye to badass Delsin and Cole

Let's say his Passive is just like Shazam when he activates his Super Move he will get the following thing for a few seconds. I prefer not too OP passive but if this is yours then I won't bother to make one since it's fan-made.

Or maybe his powers will change when he used the third special attack once?I don't know though(and his symbol or whatever it is was some sort karma that have to birds,left one is Good Karma,right one is Bad Karma)

Changes randomly after activate his Super Move. Evil Karma will be glowing red Light and gain damage while if he gets Good Karma glows in Blue Light and gain fast Power Generation, how bout that?

Oh wait,what about "Strength of granite and fast healing" as his passive?you know l,Delsin and his teammates gain Health regenerations and takes 25% less damage from basic and special attacks.
