Takuya loves people. And as so, he tends to do all these things to help them, to cheer them up. Just seeing other people's smiles makes him feel good. He's easily excited over the littlest things and tries to make everything about his way of living fun. He's just like an amusement park. Except he doesn't ask anything in return. He's the kind of friend that would arrange a last minute camping weekend without anything prepared, but will try to make it the most memorable time you ever had.

•Independent•
Despite loving to help others, Takuya doesn't like to be helped. Any kind of favor that one might do to him sounds like an attachment to that person. He'll be forever in dept with them and that bothers him. He doesn't like to feel tied up, and when he does, he flees. He likes to be free to do what he pleases, so when someone restricts him, he instantly runs away.

•Stubborn•
He's very determined and persistent when it comes to his opinion. He has very fixed standards and will argue and argue until he has the last word. Even when proved wrong, he'll stick to his mind. Despite this, he'll never impose his ideas to anyone, afraid he might bother them.

•Aloof•
Because he doesn't like to feel attached to people, he can be rather dense. If one is not honest with him, he won't look through their covers. This happens because he doesn't want his emotions to cloud his judgements. He's clever, but only in an objective way. It might look he's just unemotional to just ignore other people's feelings, but he means no harm. Because he doesn't want his feelings to get in the way, he takes his own ideals as to how to be himself. As a result, when people don't agree with him, he tends to take it personally. So much that it makes him question his own self.

◊Biography◊
•The beginning•
Takuya was born in a happy family. His father worked in the navy and was always away. Her mother was a house wife and a very gentle woman. And he had a sister. Takuya spent most of the time with her. She was seven years older than him but despite them being so close later on, their relationship didn't start very well. His older sister didn't like him one bit when he was born. She wanted a sister, not a brother! So she would often play mean tricks on him or break something and blame him for it. But their mother never seemed to be angry at neither of them. She knew the girl would eventually like her own baby brother. One day, Takuya's sister was playing beside a small pound when their mother took them out for a walk at the park. One of her toys fell in and she was repressed by their mother since it was a very special toy that their father had brought to her. Seeing this, four years old Takuya hopped into the pound to get it. But being at such early age, he did not know how to swim and began to drown. His sister, seeing this, ran to save him and brought him to shore. In tears, she yelled at him and asked him why he did so. With a smile, he answered: "I thought it was fun. I wanted to cheer you up." From that day on, they became closer and closer.

•The departure•
When Takuya was about fourteen years old, his sister fell ill. She was diagnosed with leukemia but they couldn't find a compatible downer. Takuya looked after his sister through the whole time. When she was at the hospital, she told him about Hoshizora High, the school she used to study in, but never got the chance to actually finish her studies there. She told him about what she got to learn there: the wonders of the universe. How starts were born and how they died. They were just like humans after all. Some sparkled more than others, some were just too far away, some were like the sun that lighted up millions of lives. Takuya grew interested in astronomy since then. When she passed away, he promised her that he would keep his memories of the people he met and was going to meet in his life so that they could be remembered like he was going to remember her.

•Hoshizora High•
He then decided to apply for Hoshizora High as well. He would finish what her sister had started. Along his first years as a student there, he obliged to his promise. He would take photos of every moment he cherished and kept his memories in a journal. But that didn't go too well since people started giving him the looks. Then he had an idea. He applied for the Newspaper club president position and took advantage of that to even show other people his 'memories'. That way other people could recall those moments and treasure them as well. His promise was being kept, and that lighten up his mood when he reached his senior year.
