Well, well, well. Mada mada, Layer.Here she is again. Layer is equipped with the K Knuckle this time, which is my favorite weapon. x) Even if it makes fighting a little harder when compared to the other weapons. I'm a sucker for martial arts type fighters who use their fists.
I used PhotoShop for those cheap sparkley effects.

I like the cool great lighting a lot. Pretty shoryuken~~ But comparing power, if you versus a Rockman character with any of street fighters, the robot will win >w I didn't play X8 yet (cry)

Hehe, if it where a situation like an Irregular Hunter versus a Street Fighter, I think that the robot would win, too, but you never know for sure till it happens! RockMan Zero is in SNK vs Capcom Chaos. As fun as he is to play, I always get beat when I use him. xD
