i looked up comic book texture (because i was always fond of the classic circle patterns they used) and tried my best to mimic it on sai. i used the regular pen tool and a lot of copy and pasting and time to get it to look right. after that i would apply it to the image and lower the opacity. ahhh i'm not the best when it comes to describing stuff but i hope any of that made sense ;;
