Description

Here is a new TUFF Puppy OC that I have created who is a key character for a fanfic I plan to write soon. This is Phoebe Dumbrowski. She is a fennec fox who is adopted by Herbert Dumbrowki and the Phonics Fox, who find out they are not able to have kids of their own. I had been thinking of how the Chief and the Phonics Fox could have kids together given their sizes, and I had decided that they discover that fleas and foxes cannot reproduce children together. Despite to have a kid of their own, Dudley, Kitty, and Eli, who all had adopted kids themselves, suggest adopting a kid. The Chief and Phonics Fox think this is a good idea and head to the local orphanage to find a child to adopt, and they meet up with a fennec fox girl named Phoebe. They soon are able to adopt her and Phoebe gets to see the inside of TUFF for the first time when her parents bring her there and she meets with the other TUFF Agents and the other kids of the TUFF staff.

When I was drawing her, I looked up real fennec foxes to use for reference, which is something I do anytime I create a new OC for any series that I am doing. I look up an image of a real version of the sort of animal I am drawing to create the new OC. What is interesting is that we never saw any fennec foxes in TUFF Puppy.

Notes:

1. Phoebe had never seen the Quacky the Duck show prior to leaving the orphanage, so she had no idea that her mom used to be on that show.

2. She is around the same age as Delilah and Karl Puppy.
