To prove that I haven't completely stopped drawing. Excuse the less than stellar quality, I too rarely use "purely" pencils!

Anyway, as a companion to this [link] in a way, this is the mother of Sailor Jupiter from The Silver Millennium. I haven't decide on a name yet, I was thinking perhaps Xandra (meaning defender of the people). I thought it was about time I got these people down on paper...

Xandra's (I shall call her that for now) mother did not find any suitable men on her home-planet, and trekking far into the galaxy, she finally met her match (in more ways than one) on a remote planet, where the inhabitants were still considered "less than civil". Many frowned upon the queen's decision, but hey, she was the queen and all. So Xandra was raised with a somewhat strange set of moral values, making her seem foreign at times, but her loyalty is unmatched. Both hair and eyes are brown, and her ever-tanned body is freckled.

I also doodled up a potential fuku for her (and probably the rest of the team). Xandra is the only one who wears gloves (the others simply has wrist-guards), this is because her hands were greatly damaged in battle, when defending Moon she stopped the enemy's (might I add flaming) weapon with her bare hands. Xandra also wears gloves as a civilian, but her hands in that form is stronger than when in senshi form.

I tried several different kind of hairstyles. The one she ended up with in senshi form is probably some kind of derivative of Neko Jupiter's hair!
