So,I did draw Mario,eh?...well,before I got Sonic Heroes in the beginning of this year,I was a real Nintendo-fangirl.I just liked everything Nintendo,the other ment nothing to me.I've been grown up with Nintendo and Super Mario,so that's why,I actually hated Sonic,Playstation,Xbox and SEGA.Now I can't stop love that blue hegdehog,and Sonic Team who created him.But I still remember tyhe old good guy Mario
......I's be out of words with happiness if they would make a game together(I've been reading that Yuji Naka has nothing against working with Shigeru Miyamoto).They would rule the video-game world togehter
......but that's just my silly(but extremly cool) dreams
It took me some time to get finished with this picture,could'nt deside how to make the background

Cool looks this is how mario,luigi,peach and daisy should've been like and also i am both nintendo and sega fan too you know and no matter things get really challenging when it comes to creative and inspiration matters in the games and such but i'm getting sorta topic here.

There is no exact age of them in this image, I simply wanted to have a design for them that is earlier than the game protrays them as. So you're free to interpret them as kids,preteens or teenagers. This artwork was done mostly for fun,after all.

Yes, Im aware of those games. Its a pity its a sports game though,a platform one would've been more interesting.^^ And its abit rediculous that Mario and Sonic would compete in a running contest, because Sonic is rather knows for being 'the fastest thing alive'.

That, and the swimming one's are a bit ridiculous too. Mario can hold his breath FOREVER underwater, yet Sonic can't hold his breath for like what, ten seconds?

You fool! You can't copyright a style! You either copyright the whole shebang (the characters and everything else). If you could copyright a style, people would be suing each other's ass off left and right. Besides, they look off model. Way off model. Where are the Mario Bros. mustaches? That was like a trademark thing that they had! They look like ugly manga teenagers now. They don't even bear a PASSING RESEMBLANCE to the original Mario characters. Actually, it's like you put completely different people in their place. Why?

Ya know I actually loove Mario when I was in fith grade!! All nintendo kinda stuff. Couldent stop playing Super Mario on the nintendo...That my cousin own.
But then my brothers bought Game Cube and well first it was Mario Sunshine and then i found the True blue!!! Sonic!!!'
Now we have both Playstation 2 and Gamecube!!!

Men..till skillnad från dig, TailsTrulli, så är jag inte uppvuxen med Super Mario. Jag har nog faktiskt aldrig gillat honom, han sjuuuukt överskattad enligt mig. Nä, för min del var det - ja, just det - Sonic the Hedgehog!!!! Vi har de två första spelen till ett urgammalt SEGA, men tyvärr så har en kabel till det försvunnit så det går inte att spela. Det är tråkigt...

Men helt ute o cyklar är jag minsann inte,mitt liv började med både Sonic och Mario.Tack vare min kusins Mega Drive med Sonic the Hedgehog 2,och så såg man AoStH på tv,vilket är den egentliga starten på min besatthet av Sonic the Hedgehog
