Thin it'd be possible to do something like this but with tentacle suckers? :3

It would certainly be possible! I've seen some online, although I don't know where. Sorry for taking so long to reply, forgot my DA password, lol ^^

I've actually been eyeing these for a while on FurBuy. I had a question, though: is it possible to have a mostly solid color arm but at the very top, towards the elbow, have a band/section of another color?

Yep, that's easy. What colors are you thinking? I can also do a full costume like that if you wanted as well.

Nah, I'm just in the market for hand paws. I've my own tail (out of yarn, coincidentally, though not knitted). Actually, what about some kind of open-toed tube sock thingy? I say opened toed because my toes tend to get sweaty in knitted sox

Like Yoga socks or just without the toes? I'll have to find a pattern, but I could probably do that

just without toes, maybe knee length?

If you'll look on Etsy, that's pretty much the minimum for knee high socks or leg warmers. Those are also sewn socks, while I have to basically make my fabric.

I can do that. It'll probably be around 25 because of the length and skill needed. Will that be alright?

You're fairly good with plastic canvas, so you could start an etsy shop of your own with that. Earn a little bit on the side. Plus that "tat" that you drew on your(?) arm wasn't bad. Maybe you could get people to commission you for designs.

hmmmm wow your pretty smart. thanx! i will take that advice!! lol ok so i just have one question and i know its going to be a stupid one because im not very advanced in this whole "making money on the internet" thing but whats a commission?

Elmira-san In reply to wolffang4 [2012-10-26 11:00:59 +0000 UTC]

In this case it's basically people paying you to create custom items. Also if you decide to get on etsy a lot of people (from the looks of it) take their pictures professionally, so to get your stuff to stand out I would suggest lots of natural light and a neutral background. My pictures of past works are terrible, so I've had to learn for etsy!
