This is my first attemp at a drawing, after I drew the upper part of the girl, I realized that her feet woudn't touch the ground, that's why I drew the brick she's standing on!P.S.: Since I don't yet have a scanner, these are all pics taken with my digital camera, I'm sorry if the quality is not perfect.

your very first? thats amazing. i am in awe of your early talent. i wish it came as easy for me. T_T
if you make a skeleton of your drawings before you actually start drawing you will be able to see if your characters are standing in the right place. it doesnt have to be much, just a stick figure really. there's a dude, Chris Hart, who makes how to draw books. this one, how to draw manga, i found quite helpful.
also the way the pants hang on the guy is a little off. try looking at how you pants look in the mirror. or take a picture and reference from that. also, your drawings would benefit from some shading.
otherwise, i really like your style. keep it up, i look forward to seeing more

Yes, you are right on all counts...I didn't use to use skeletals, but now I'm trying to...as not to run into these same problems. I always have problems drawing clothes...
