A tablet is the best invention ever!
Instead of using a mouse, you use that. It looks kind of like a mouse pad, but it'm made out of plastic and comes with a wireless pen-like pointer.
You draw on the tablet with the pen like you would do on paper, and it works like a mouse, drawing in the program of your choice (mine is Photoshop 6, because I'm to poor to buy CS )
It is a lot easier than using a mouse, I love it! It's very expensive though, mine is a WacomIntuous 3 6X8, and it cost me close to $350!!!!!!

ouch. but i want one too! it would be so much easier than scanning everything.... oh well. i dont even have photoshop or painter right now so its pretty much moot

Yup, but it comes with some basic graphic software...I think corel painter elements, photoshop elements 2 and something like that.
