Yaaas, the more the merrier! I need there to be more IwaOi fluff in the world. Angst is all well and good but STOP MAKING MY FAVES CRY FOR SHITTY REASONS, PEOPLE. I can get behind angst if it's the whole "I'm in love with my best friend but don't want to screw it up by making a move and freaking him out" stuff, or "we're going to separate colleges/universites/whatevers and have been together so long I don't know if we'll be as close when we move away and that scares me" (although it causes me great pain), but fics where Iwa is genuinely mean to or scornful of Oikawa? Shove it up your arse. No thank you! If it has to be angsty, at least make it us v the world, where Iwa and Oikawa are the team they always have been and always will be.

I mean, there is a reason Iwa is Oikawa's ace and that's because he's trusted implicitly and they're ALWAYS ON THE SAME PAGE. ALL THE TIME. THEIR SYNCHRONICITY IS BEAUTIFUL. No way in hell would they still be like that if one genuinely hated or found it annoying to be around the other. They compete shamelessly and bring out the very best in each other, but also it's clear that Iwa tries to make sure Oikawa doesn't kill himself with his obsession to get better and better. We see less if it from Oikawa, but you can be sure as hell that worry and care goes both ways. STOP HURTING THESE PRECIOUS BEANS ; 3; OR MAKING IWA MEAN. Sure, he's gruff and sarcastic and a lot of their interactions are based on friendly violence and roughhousing (which is pretty normal for teenage boys anyway), but that doesn't make him spiteful or abusive or whatever. 

Whether you ship them or not, they're best friends and partners and support each other to the best of their abilities and they just make me so fucking happy *gross sobbing* GIVE ME ALL OF THE IWAOI FLUFF WHERE THEY LOVE EACH OTHER THE MOST

As an aside, it makes me sad that with the decline of Livejournal there isn't really a platform for this sort of lengthy community-driven outpouring of appreciation for stuff that isn't fanfiction. I used to make super long posts about my love of the animated gay but now I just...don't have anywhere to share it. I get the impression that Tumblr users won't really read anything longer than a few lines or paragraphs if there are no images for instant gratification; Twitter doesn't have the capacity to handle my feelings and DA just isn't the right platform at all (aside from one-on-one discussions like this). Am I missing somewhere? u_u
