Parents don't help (they yell at me if I cry), my friends are not in reach where I live, and no other adult helps me (I was bullied by two teachers when I was little). It's just that everything I do seems wrong in their eyes. I try to speak, but they either ignore me or disregard what I say. I just don't know what to do. It's getting worse, and I'm going in a downward spiral. I just give up.
