The Neo Rooters are the product and improved of the Rooters, and was founded by Dr. Edward VonBirkin after the revoking and the fall of the Rooters. He made the Neo Rooters a secretive terrorist organization and made it their main goal to conquer the world under a fascist regime and harness the power of the Omnitrix.

Trivia:
- The Neo Rooters are a superior organization to the Rooters.
- The Neo Rooters are similar to H.Y.D.R.A. from Marvel, as both organizations were based on their leaders' philosophies and ideologies, and are secretive terrorist organizations.
- Interestingly enough, VonBirkin is similar to Red Skull as both are German and both branched their organizations off from the original sources to become superior.
