Remedy my sorrow and take away my memories.This loneliness does latch on every strand of sanity.
Each syllable is heavy and full of melancholy.
She weighs me down; the memories of her are gravity.
Her silent peripheral stares are torturous.
She knows me no more and cares even less.
The intimate memories are rapturous.
My mind, alas, keeps her fondness abreast.
Each beat of the dreaded drum that is my heart,
Is wholly reminder of when she did depart.
