It's Jubilee from the X-Men for the Vivianmobile. This time I scanned before cutting out the picture so it wouldn't have that rough edge in some places.

I love the original Jubilee, even with the pink boots. She was such a little punk. She still is a punk, I hear, but I also hear they grew her up, expanded her chest and stripped her of her freakin' powers and put her in "Now I'm Rogue!" gauntlets instead. LAME. Give me young, bubble-gum-popping, short-haired fireworks any day of the freakin' week, yo.
