I imagine you want full disclosure,but to think about it drags me down again.
Please, I want my frail imagination back!
I want it all to stop!
I want to close my eyes to everything that got me here.
And I just wanted you to know,
I still hope I'm nothing like you.
I still want you to change,
and I still want to ask you,
Where were you when you robbed me of my childhood?

I love this poem. I went through a pretty rough childhood myself and never really could put i into words. I like to write poetry as well but haven't done so for many, many years. Good luck in your future writings. I look forward to reading more of your work.

I like to accompany something with each painting. While everyone has their own take on the meaning I like to write how it makes me feel as well. Most that I write comes during the final stages of a painting allowing me to use it as an inspiration for words if you will.
