Have some patience, put your hands in their cage very often and try to feed them with treats.
It should take about one week for a pretty wild one if you handle them at least 30 minutes every day.

hum, then I think itΒ΄s impossible. Cause I feed them with sunflower treats (favorite food) from my hand. And then I try to touch the head or the back very soft. But they never will come to me nor let get touched

Most Gerbils don't like to be touched by human hands anyways, they will just back away, but they like chasing human hands and sitting in them eating.
If your gerbils eat from your hand, they are more tame than other average house gerbils, so congratulations.
Gerbils aint like cats, they don't like to be touched, if you're not going to pick them up that is cause they like adventures.
And be very slow around them so you don't frighten them, you probably know all this but anyways.
If you put down your hand in their cage and make some noise in the bedding? Don't they get curious and come towards your hand?

I know I have to be patient but he really canΒ΄t be taken out of the cage. this makes me sad cause I want him to live freely.
