Character © Naoko TakeuchiI randomly decided to draw something last night (1/1/06) and Mistress 9, a character from Naoko Takeuchi's manga series called Sailor Moon. Mistress 9 is one of my favorite characters: she's beautiful, evil, and powerful. ^_^ This was done using just a few of my graphite sketch pencils late at night!
