Haha, YES! Two of my personal favorite Legends facing off... Although it's pretty obvious Mewtwo may have the upperhand due to his sheer psychic force, who knows, Darkrai could still make a worthy opponent with Dark Void and being a Dark-type himself... This would certainly make for an epic Pokemon movie/special.
Strangely, seeing these two together reminds me of the Smash Bros. franchise...

of course darkrai being a dark type, having the proper ev values could mean defeat.

Mewtwo having his proper stats, and knowing Sp. Att. Fighting-type Aura Sphere (or Sp. Att. Bug-type Signal Beam) could also play out...
