It's pretty much just 1 layer of the basic outline of her hair (ofcause I had to improvice a bit and make it look vectorish - and then make one layer benieth it with a darker color, and make more hair locks. and the 2 layers of highlights Oh and I used Photoshop - Pentool for it all pretty much
