Old picture from my files. The second attempt at encasing one color of stone inside white alabaster. The stone inside was a green brazilian soapstone. Being opaque, it didn't allow light to pass;so, you can't see the color, but it did create that shadow. The title? After it was complete, starting thinking about what might be revealed as glaciers melt and retreat. Sold
