Description
Same cloak I used in my Voldemort cosplay, but before it was dyed. The neck uses a drawstring mechanism rather than a clasp, which I discovered is much more secure and very comfortable. It also has a basic hood.This thing looks AWESOME billowing in the wind, but is unfortunately difficult to manage in crowded public spaces, and keep clean. :\
