I just dont understand how youre supposed download themes from deviantart.com .

you can see the link to download this zip file by looking to the top-right corner of this page.
download and unzip the file and there's should be SimpleMinimal.mtz.
put that file to sdcard/MIUI/theme/ on your phone.
then you can choose this theme in theme settings.
