In this Elseworld Universe Lenard Snart is simply known as Cold in his criminal alter ego due to his almost emotionless and calm demeanor no matter what the circumstances at hand as well as his metahuman ability to generate zero degree temperatures as well as frost and ice. He also can manipulate ice, frost and snow not generated by himself. Snart started his criminal career in the Central/Keystone Cities area as a super bank robber but after the Flash came onto the scene and finally captured him, Cold then dedicated himself and his efforts to becoming the person to put an end to the Flash. Speculation in this Elseworld is that Snart may be one of several illegitimate children sired by the Golden Age ice powered super criminal known as Icicle, who is still alive and active due to the accident that gave him his ice abilities in this alternate universe seemingly giving him a form of immortality.
