... yeaaah her clothing doesn't change at all after death

I'd imagine that Merima as a ghost 'prolly wouldn't have any recollection of how she died, her past or who she was, nor what she used looked like. So her mask that sorta-kinda-vaguely resembles her face would be like, the only thing linking her back to her past life... and would probably only evolve once she loses her mask or completely forgets how she used to look like....

she probably died having her head crushed/split open during a fall or a fight or a freak accident or some other head related trauma... aha oh wow this is kinda depressing isn't it

...Meri'd also probably feel very weird about not having a tail anymore
