Anyway, sorry for the "default" pose. I was originally just practicing my cell shading then I took it too seriously. LOL!
(Though i still suck in cells shade. Must practice moar > A <)

The line-art- Vey clean, thin and not attention seeking. The line-art is also rather free but not that much on the shoulders/ buste. They look rather stiff.
The shading: Very interesting way you made it! not to be rude or anything but from your shoulders all the way throws me off. I love the face and the hair. Thats awesome. But the shading on the arms could have been blended together and the outline of the clothes could have been a bit more detailed. When it gets down to the clothes it it loses depth. The hair all the way down is awesome. The shading on the face and the eyes are just gorgeous. Its just the clothes and the shading of the shoulders and arms throw me off. i never seen work like this before and I can never accomplish this, but its just those parts. Sorry I could give no critique so I ad to comment.
