I like this style of drawings, but I had never try it before to do it myself, is there a specific name for this kind of style? I would like to read about it and try it myself.

Some digital artists refer to this as a "painterly" style, which is a form of digital impressionism (I think). It isn't easy to paint this way, I always have to stop myself from doing "too much"
