I could see Tiva having a wig made. She clearly loves to cosplay as an Oom. Mabel she could get a Draag other kin movement going.

I seem to picture it as becoming a subculture amongst the Draag youth, to cosplay as Ooms. That would drive the adult Draags nuts especially the ones who don't like the Ooms. It would be like 1960's Earth all over again! LOL!

If the Draags went to Earth and did some digging around, they might learn more about the Humans/Ooms which would lead to the young Draags in familiar cosplay outfits. They'd likely have some strange ideas as to what Humans/Ooms were like before the disaster that allegedly destroyed our civilization. I do wonder what caused it's destruction though? Also, I wonder if Humanity on Earth has made any progress since the Draags first discovered it towards making a new civilization?
Anyhow, the Humans would likely be puzzled at seeing young Draags imitating them.......

Earth gravity was probably unbearable for Draags, so it would not have been suitable for them to colonize. Natural selection keeps Ooms small, like mice, in their low gravity.
My guess, is that their routine exploration triggered some kind of self destructive panic on earth, and some survivors either stowed away on their probes, or were taken as specimens that later escaped from their laboratories. The vague overview leaves a huge number of interpretations.
