I drew this for cuz she lost her wallet.I just got Teen Titans "Family Lost" and there was a scene between Raven and Beast Boy just like this. Raven's suppose to be bald, but I figured I would give her hair and make her face more visible just cuz I felt like it, plus, I also added the top of Beast Boy's head, which was cut off in the picture in the comic. It turned out pretty well.
In the comic, Beast Boy is 19, and since he's suppose to be the youngest Titan, I'm guessing that could make Raven 20. That's why they look older and have different uniforms. I think BB looks cool with his hair like that and I simply love Raven's outfit.

Yup, their little heart-to-heart in Raven's bedroom was my favorite part of "Family Lost." This pic makes me yearn for the good old days of comics and cartoons, especially with these two.

Only thing, while Beast Boy was around nineteen years old during that arc, Raven isn't twenty. Mentally, she's about twenty one or two (she was eighteen/nineteen during the Wolfman run, when Gar was sixteen) and physically, due to her reborn body, she's sixteen.

Yeah so i dont think any one saw my comment but it explains that. Beastboy is 19. But Raven had died awhile back. The new brother blood(14 years old) brought her back to life in the body of a 17-18 year old. In essence she was reborn (hence the baldness). Brother Blood wanted to marry her (though technically they are pretty much halfsiblings) and together bring trigon back to life. She called the Titans for help and accidentally possessed beastboy. They used Beastboy (now in the form of a Raven) to lead them to raven. Beastboy snapped out of it got raven away from Brother Blood, Shared the fluffy moment you see above, blood shows up, raven is under his control again and all the titans + Slade and his daughter, are sucked into Raven's Mind (Nevermore). Joey(Jericho from the old comics) possesses titans including beastboy.
(yes i have most of the new comics so i know all this for a fact.)
Raven "spits them out" and joey jumps around from body to body. Beastboy, with Cyborg and Starfire's help, turns into a parasitic worm and jumps down Bloods throat. Gets Raven's Chakra, comes out. Puts it back on ravens forhead and She has full control of herself again. All the titans go back together. Beastboy talks Raven back onto the team and They share another hug.... End.

He Is 19 but Raven had been dead and was reborn in the body of a 17 or 18 year old. Thats why she was bald. Mentally shes like 25-28 but physically shes 17-18. I've got those comics + like 50 more. But I love your style. I like the way you drew it. Plus Im a BB RAE Shipper so yeah.

In the original comics Raven had no hair. I don't know why. This is a scene from those comics that the artist altered a little. ^^

The comics influence the cartoon. Even pairs too. Rob/Star is canon because it was the dominant pair in the 80's, BB/Terra is one-sided due to the betrayal in both comic and cartoon, Slade/Terra was direct in the comics but was altered into mere subtext for the cartoon's family audience, and BB/Rae was subtle, yet noticable. Especially since the two had been beating around the bush since the 80's when their team was conceived ("Your physic whammo is better'n kisses, Rave. I think I'm in love."), were hinted at in the cartoon ("Raven and Beast Boy are like an old married couple...so that Raven only hits Beast Boy out of love.") and in the comics based off it ("RAWR! It's you. How ya doin' handsome?...You're such a flirt, 'Beastie Boo'."), and have been official comic canon since 2003.

Yeah, BB is *19* but Raven's age is off. When she was introduced in the 80's, her character was roughly 19-20 when you take into context what her mother says in relation to Raven's origins. At the beginning of family lost, wasn't there something like a time line? I don't have my book off hand to be certain, but I believe they marked Raven's appearence to Robin (beginning of TT in 80's) was 5 years. So roughly she's 24-25, but taking into context the material in family lost, and the next graphic novel "Beast Boys and Girls" she's now in a body that's at the rough age of 15.
In short, Raven's 25 but in the body of a 15 year old. Interesting? By the writers doing this, they've not just bridged the gap between the older and younger generation with Gar, but with Raven as well.
Enough of my rambling, you tweaked the image out well, considering. Gar's hair looks good, and a Raven with hair is always a better one.
