This is Silent Willow, she is one of the children of the house of stolen time.
She is a Mountain goat, pony hybrid and can mesmerize other pony's.
Her ability is not very strong at the moment but she learns to strengthen the bound between her and other pony's.
She is a fighting nature and protects Dragon Rose even when they not often talk with each other.
