The RSPCA stands for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, it's a charity set up in England to look after domestic animals. They find homes for abandon animals and prosecute against people that have harmed animals in any way. They're a very big organisation in England, and they have a similar thing called the SPCA in America.

Aha. I think I might have heard of SPCA one or twice before.
Cruelty agains animals makes me so sad and angry, I don't understand how some people can act like they do.
