More UF. In fact, this is a potential entry for Ultra-Fractal-Redux 's April challenge, which is to use a specific formula called "z Flipped Fractal Julia".

This month's challenge is all about exploring the z Flipped Fractal Julia formula in ben.ufm. This formula does not have a great many parameters but to get the best from it you are strongly encouraged to work at it and try different settings before moving on to adding further colouring and texturing. As with all formula challenges you will learn very little about a formula and miss out on its potential if you do not make any changes to the default settings. This may put you out of your comfort zone but you're here to learn, right? So be sure to tweak that formula!!
There are not many examples of artwork using this formula around DA - the ones below are all I could find. Loony-Lucy's image has some parameters you can look at if you want a starting point but be sure to credit her if you do.

The formula is actually REALLY flexible, so I intend to explore it more and see what else I can come up with before I decide which piece(s) to actually submit to the challenge. I will also probably release params of some or all of my explorations--again, I will decide which ones would be best to publish after I've made some more stuff. I might even make a proper param pack of it, we'll see!

Apr 29 edit: WELP the rest of April turned out really busy for me, so it seems this will be my sole challenge entry after all. I intend to release params but I'm currently writing this from an airport and don't have access to my fractal files. Params will be up probably on the first or second of May.
