The orange itself it very nice, though I agree with the texture, but it's still very nice. Especially the shading/lighting.
The little leaves are cool too, nice and leafy. Very green too.
The little flower looks a little odd though, because the rest of the picture is kinda cartoon-ish, yet the flower has no solid/pronounced lines on it. Still a very nice touch.
The background is very nice, plain yet effective. I also like the way the gradient isn't just by itself, I noticed the little "spotlight" under the orange
