Based on my admittedly poor knowledge of anatomy, I believe the wing are placed too far down the spine. Only a little though. Remember that a bird's wings are also their arms, so when you give other creature wings you should position them at the animal's shoulders.
Btw, I adore your beautiful, vibrant colors. They're what caught my eye.
