Well, the color is a matter of taste, but there are actual flaws in this version of the portrait.
Look above the girl's right eyelid, at the corner of her left eye, and below her lips. The shadows look like surface marks. I guess this over-darkening is a side effect of the filter you applied.

That's an amazing capture (a bit of typical things
She's deffinetly very beautiful.
I like the expression of her face, the direction that she's looking in. Very detailed face and forehead I suppose, like the ability to see the "distance in between her hair - again the detail.
The background seems to be "lit up" or maybe the light was just falling that way (correct me please).
There's some softness in the light, thus making the tones and colors really nice, at least that's what I think.
