Hello,
sorry for saying that but this is not nicobar pigeon feather. This is central tail feather and these are white in nicobar pigeon. This is some Glossy starling of genus Lamprotornis.

Hey!
It's okay, i found this one in a bird-enclosure where different kinds of birds fly. There were lots of nicobar pigeons so i automatically assumed it was nicobar-pigeon. Its also very small so i thought it might been a smaller wing covert.
But indeed Glossy starling makes a bit more sense! I'll change the title I still find it a very pretty one.

I think nicobar pigeons are one of the prettiest pigeons
